Shipping Policy

 

This Shipping Policy applies to the online store Selenirto (hereinafter referred to as “we”) and explains order delivery, fees, timelines, and related responsibilities.

1. Delivery Coverage

  • Delivery is available within the United Kingdom only

  • Shipping services outside the United Kingdom are not supported

2. Order Processing & Cut-Off Time

  • Order processing hours are CET 9:00 – 18:00

  • Orders placed before 18:00 will begin processing on the same day

  • Orders placed after 18:00 will be processed from the next working day

  • Orders submitted on non-working days will be processed from the next working day

3. Processing Time

  • After order confirmation, processing typically takes 1–3 working days

  • Once processing is completed, the order will be prepared for dispatch

4. Shipping Fees

  • Orders with a total value of £69.99 or more (including £69.99) qualify for free shipping

  • Orders below £69.99 are subject to a flat shipping fee of £6.99

  • Shipping fees are clearly displayed at checkout

5. Taxes

  • Applicable taxes may be included in the order total, as shown at checkout

  • Taxes are calculated automatically based on the order details

  • By placing an order, you confirm acceptance of the final tax amount displayed

6. Estimated Delivery Time

  • After dispatch, the estimated delivery time is 5–10 working days

  • Actual delivery times may vary due to logistics arrangements or other uncontrollable factors

We use commonly adopted delivery carriers within the United Kingdom, including but not limited to:

  • DPD UK

  • Evri

  • Parcelforce

  • Yodel

Once an order has entered processing or dispatch, modifications or cancellations may not be possible

  • Signing for the package indicates the order has been delivered in normal condition
